Delivery Time and Cost

 

Products offered at this site are available for delivery worldwide. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account

 

Shipping rates are base on shipping company rate. Orders shipped to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges which will be in addition to your order.

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via UPS or others by you prefer. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box unless use USPS.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail. You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:
